one on one time

Its not very often that the twins get one on one time with me, at home.

At the hospital sure their are lots of times that I only have one of them for a specialist appointment. Daddy often gets to, but not Mommy.

I got to this morning. Big brother got to have a sleepover at nana & pops last night, and Daddy got called into work a short overtime day-shift. Missy Gwen woke-up first and we had a half hour together playing alone. I then got Avery up for breakfast. Gwen went down for her nap, and me and Avery had alone time.

When it was just me and Avery I needed to go the bathroom, when all three or even just both twins are home I will leave them be run up do my thing and not worry. But for some reason I couldn't just leave Avery by herself so up she came with me and I realized that it was only the third time that I brought one of them to the bathroom with me. The last time the baby just looked up and smiled at me, today Avery played with the bath toys.
